Relapse In Stuttering

Stuttering is a disruption in the fluency of verbal expression characterized by involuntary audible or silent repetitions or prolongations of sounds or syllables. There is not one cause of stuttering. These are not readily controllable and may be accompanied by other movements or by emotions of a negative nature such as fear, embarrassment or irritation. Stuttering Explained

Often people mistake stuttering for typical dysfluencies. We all have dysfluencies at one point or another and this should not be confused with stuttering.
