New Clients

We require a credit card to hold an appointment (you will not be billed) or pre-pay online for your first session. 

Online Booking


Feel free to schedule your appointment online. Once you have booked, our receptionist will contact you to obtain a credit card number, which we require to hold your appointment. You will not be billed.

In Person

After the first visit, most clients pay for their appointments at the end of the session. Payment methods accepted at our office: 

  • All major credit cards (VISA, American Express, Mastercard)

  • Debit

  • Cheque

  • Cash

Cancellation Policy

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If notice is not provided you will be billed for the full value of the missed appointment. 


We can only direct bill for GreenShield Canada members. Clients with other insurers, please see our insurance page for forms and links.

What to Bring

Most client do not need to bring anything to the first appointment. Nonetheless, some clients bring relevant medical records, as well as a written list of their concerns. It's up to you.
